I am that I am…

Wat zijn wij in ons diepste wezen?

And God said unto Moses, ‘I am that I am…’ [Exodus 3:4]

Doesn’t this clearly mean that God was telling Moses that He was the very sense of ”I am” that Moses had? ”…and he said, thus shall you say unto the children of Israel, ‘I am’ hath sent me unto you.” Now, that enigmatic scripture makes perfect sense doesn’t it? Since one can find no other actual self, then the Spirit of Christ must be what-we-are in our deepest being, our sense of ”I am,” our pure awareness. This is what makes us aware and conscious. We are seeing the world through the eye of God. However, not knowing this, the mind has led us astray and hidden the Kingdom from us and given us a false identity as the body/mind, as ”me,” a separate being apart from all other beings and God.
