Levende doden
We zijn alleen, wanhopig en depressief, gescheiden van God, mens en natuur
Yet we don’t even suspect that this ”great gift” of conceptual thought has come at a horrific cost. We exist in a ”living death” by identifying ourselves with the empty, dead, concept ”me,” along with the body.
Here we are in this wonderful, technically advanced, futuristic world and yet we are alone, depressed and desperate, separate from God, man, and nature. We may have advanced technically, but we haven’t advanced as sentient beings. Instead we are adversaries with each other and all of nature.
